How to buy?

I have made Duality, Serpentine, and Gravity several times, and I may make more of them later. If any of these are available, it can be purchased via the shop

The bigger artworks may not be uploaded in the shop, because they have different properties, which affect shipping and handling. If you want to purchase one of them that is available, but it cannot be seen in the shop, please contact me to discuss the details.

The items are located in Europe, Hungary. Shipments that go outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Couriers:

FEDEX Inernational Priority (2-4 business days delivery time) to the following countries:
United States, Canada, China, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, India, United Kingdom.(If your country is not listed here please contact me, I will look after if I can send it.)

DPD or GLS in European Union. (2-4 business days)

Tracking is everytime provided. The items go in a reinforced box, packed at a high level. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

When you select PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway when submitting your order.

If you choose the credit card as a payment option. With this method you can pay easly with credit card. It’s secured by Stripe. 

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back to me within 14 days of delivery.  First you need to contact me by email – after send the item back. The costs of the return shipping is not covered! The item needs to be in perfect shape, as you recieved. After the item arrived back to me, I’ll get you your money back.

Each Marble Machine is a handmade product. I focus on quality, I build each piece with care, and I focus on perfection. Yet,  there can be human error or some damage to the machine. In this case, I am ready to send another (if it’s possible) or refund the price. Send me a picture or video and briefly describe what has happened. At the same time, I trust you that you did not break your Marble Machine on purpose just to have another one.
